Got extra books?

We are now accepting gently used, high quality books! 

Don’t throw them away! Friends of the Library sells gently used books at our Carriage House Bookshop.

To Donate Books:
-Donations are accepted at the Latter Library only (5120 St. Charles Avenue).
-Please bring your books donations to the Carriage House, located behind Latter Library during our book sale hours:
Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
-Books must be in boxes or bags – no loose books
-NO TEXTBOOKS, encyclopedias, or magazines (see more details below)
-Tax donation receipt available upon request

What We Can Accept:

• new or gently used books, CDs and vinyl records

What We Cannot Accept:

• encyclopedias
• textbooks
• books damaged by water or smoke
• cassette tapes
• VHS tapes
• DVDs
• magazines and newspapers
• instruction manuals

We regret we cannot pick up books at your home or office at this time.
